How can I add a new member to my team?
If you are a SITU team administrator, you can invite others to become a part of your team. 
Click your account name, then click Team Management. From here, there are two methods for adding members to your SITU team, Team Signup Link or direct invitation.
The Team Signup Link for your SITU account appears at the top of the Team Management page, by default, this feature is active. Anyone you send this link to with the same email domain as the SITU account administrator can use it to sign themselves up as members of your team. The link can also be configured to work with other domains, by clicking Configure My Team Sign Up Link.
Alternatively, clicking Add A New Team Member, and entering an email address in the pop up, will send a direct invitation link to a prospective new team member.
How do I add a new payment source?
To add a payment source, click your account name, then click Subscription. Under Add a card to your account, fill in the card details and click Add Card. You can save multiple payment sources to your account, and select the one you want to use by clicking Make Default.
How can I change my plan?
If you want to select a different plan for your organisation, click your account name, then click Subscription. From this screen, scroll down to Available Plans and select the plan the best suits your needs.
How can I manage my team?
To view your team, click your account name, then click Team Management. From this screen, you can keep track of how many team members you have and their status.
All current members of your team should be listed as Active. If a team member’s status is Inactive or Pending, that means they have not yet completed their account set-up and have not used SITU.
From this same screen you can also downgrade member users to spectators by clicking Remove Team Member. When removing a team member you are able to reassign their projects to another member of your team. After clicking Reassign projects, just select the Team Member you want to take over from the drop down menu, and click Reassign.
How do I apply a promo code?
If you have received a promo code for your SITU subscription, you can apply it from the Subscription page. To add your promo code, click your account name, then under Subscription click Add Promo Code. If a promo code is already active, it can be changed by clicking Change Promo Code.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your SITU subscription, click your account name. Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
How do I track my SITU team's usage?
You can see how many projects you have remaining in the current month on the project overview page. If you would like more detailed information, or if you would like to keep track of how many active team members you have, click on your account name. From here, select Plan Usage, which displays full user and monthly project usage details.
